Prescience SMS Program

Prescience sends requested account-security codes and, for members who separately opt in, recurring transactional care coordination, appointment, benefits, billing, account, and support notifications. The program does not send marketing messages. SMS is not for emergencies and notification texts do not include detailed medical, care, or claims information.

During authenticated employee onboarding, the SMS Notifications Consent is optional and off by default. A member must open and read the disclosure, actively acknowledge it, and type their full legal name to opt in. Prescience stores the document version, signature, timestamp, and request IP in an append-only consent record.

By signing, the member agrees to receive recurring transactional text messages from Prescience at the mobile number on their profile, including care-coordination updates, appointment reminders, benefits and billing notices, account updates, and support notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, START to resubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of receiving care, plan benefits, or purchasing any service. The member also acknowledges that SMS may not be encrypted and that sensitive details are available only after signing in to the Prescience portal.

• HELP, SUPPORT, or INFO: Prescience provides a link to getprescience.com and the support@getprescience.com contact, with message-rate and STOP disclosures.
• STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or QUIT: Prescience confirms that optional notification texts are stopped and explains how to contact support or reply START to resubscribe.
• START, YES, or SUBSCRIBE: Prescience confirms the recurring transactional notification subscription and repeats the frequency, message-rate, HELP, STOP, Terms, and Privacy disclosures.

One-time verification codes are sent only when a live-account user initiates sign-in. They are necessary to access a live account and are separate from the optional notification consent. Carrier-level blocking after STOP may also prevent a requested security code until the user replies START or contacts support.
