This premise is flawed.

We are building the last healthcare company. The entire healthcare system — how risk gets priced, how care gets delivered, how humans age, how disease gets anticipated before it arrives — is about to be redesigned from scratch. AGI is coming, and it is the largest value creation event in the history of medicine. Our team has been conducting AI research since 2014. Is embedding LLMs into existing software the best use of soon-to-be general intelligence on a cluster in Abilene? We do not believe so. We are the rare team that sits at the intersection of all three things this moment requires: the technical depth to build frontier AI (e.g. Prescience's medical foundation model), the clinical fluency to understand how healthcare actually works, and the ambition to build a $1T company, rather than another agentic OS that gets rolled up.
